Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
my husband was fighting a legal case cheque bounce case - 4 non-bailable warrants already issued case pending. Now he has suffered a cerebral stroke on account of the mental torcher faced by the acused I do not know how to proceed as is now disabled and not able to persue the matter.Pl help
