Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
sorry for incomplete question , i have perfected title over a land which belonged to govt.by adverse posession i served a notice u/s 80 cpc upon govt to recognize my right and title but even after 60days period there was no response so inaction on the part of govt can give rise to a cause of action for filling a suit. pls provide me with some rulings of s.c. or/and h.c.
