land is occupid by relation

Hi sir,

We allowed a relation to live in our land which is Mine father garder which is register of my mother name. documents are properly registered. But now that ralation a lady who is my father brother wife now asked us to give a share of it. sir i want to get some legal point how should it be handled further.

She has no right to claim any share in the property. File a case of possession as title of the property stands in the name of your mother

it is a matter of criminal nature and you can proceed via criminal law, which is quicker, cheaper and more effective.
