Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
my lawyer has, I think, colluded with the opposite party. In an interim order which went against me, he sided with the opposite party and concurred with the order, instead of going in for a review/appeal. I am removing my lawyer but is there any remedy to get the order reviewed on the plea that my lawyer violated my brief or any other plea.

Put a petition under consumer protection act in your local district consumer forum asking for compensation, and setforth the reveald matter with right proofs before the said forum.
