How long does property caes go on in the civil courts in Mumbai ?? There is a dispute between me & me cousin regarding my parents property. I am in possession of the flat & are staying in the flat for the past 35 years. My cousin is claiming a share in the property by produceing a false WILL. How long do such cases go on in court ?? He is probating the fake WILL.
