Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
I was in love with a guy and had physical relationship with him for three years but dumped him 5 months ago because he was violently abusive-both physically and mentally.But since then he has been threatening me.I already filed an FIR against him.Is it possible that I will be accused of any crime in the court of law?Will he have any case against him for dumping him?I live in India

No ... you cannot be accused of any crime in the court of law in India. He cannot lodge a case against you for dumping him.
Please retain a copy of the FIR on your record.
