Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
i have taken money Rs.10000/- from a person for Real estate plot deal.He forced me to take the amount and he has taken a letter from me and taken signature on Rs.1 revenue stamp.I have returned the amount and he said that he lost that paper.After 10 days he called me and asked me to repay the amount.Now he approached police station and harassing me to pay the amount.Please help me..
