Police will investigate the matter and file its report in the local court.
Dear Sir,
After the procedure of first information report taken (FIR taken) accord to the CrPC 1973, then the investigation procedure starts, mere things shall bring discretions to the criminal court jurisdiction, informed to the public prosecutor, where the charges putforth upon the offence committed by the commutters accord to the Penal Code 1860, read along with the CRPC 1973.
