my property has been trespassed and the trespasser is using insurance policy of the property which he has got done in his name to prove tenancy

the trespasser is not only liable for criminal trespass but also liable for forging a document and using a forged document as genuine for the purpose of cheating u/s 468/471/420 of IPC

But i dont think he should have any other proofs also. Else Mr. Rajiv is right and you can file criminal complaint for forgery and tress pass.
