Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India

i have purchased a plot in delhi in 1985 and the sale was done through general power of attorney, sale-agreement,affidavit notarized and consideration amount receipt was registered in s.r office and the person from whom i have purchased a plot was the owner in revenue record and by seeing his name in revenue record and his 2 sisters i have purchased a plot of 1000sq.yds extended lal dora plot from him and his 2 sisters share. later in 2006 i have transfered the plot in my cousins name through registered gpa,will,sale-agreement,possession letter,affidavit and consideration amount receipt but name in revenue record was of first owner from whom i have purchased the plot later he expired and revenue record changed to his childrens name then his childrens sold the same plot to other person in 2009 through sale-deed registered in s.r office but till today i am in the possession plz suggest me what should i do to save my plot as i am in high tension plz help me....gpa is legal document in court..and can i file the suit in high court or not..

Dear Sir,

You've said that you are in the legal possession of the plot, since sale transaction from you has been occured thro' "GPA", and this is valid. How ever please do check at whether this plot devolves to any others heir apparent for claims, then take appropriate legal step for cancellation of said, mere sale transaction asking declaration in the Court of Law.
