Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India

Is there a way to retrieve information about a disposed case in TIS HAZARI , when we just have the petioner's name , respondents name and the year which was 1988 and nothing else such as judge's name , case type case no.or the date of disposal .The lawyer who was appointed on our (petioner's) behalf is no more . No one is able to give any information regarding the same . Is there a possibilityor even any hope to get the details of the case ?

yes, it is possible. the matter can be traced with the help of petitioner's name itself. you may hire a lawyer in tis hazari and he would surely get you the details of the case along with certified copies.
