I want to sell my flat, i have a loan of 750000 rs, how do i go about selling this flat , i dont have money to pay of my loan .

where is this flat . go for property dealer and find buyer sell and repay to bank.

You need a buyer to sell your house and whatever money you get from your buyer ,remit your loan account to the Bank.
