Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India

We are one of the share holders of our family property. there is five share holders in our family property. Initial their not accept our share rights. after that, we had sent a lawyer notice to all share holders and than their issued a acceptance letter for our share rights.

In the mean time, we have not the photo copy of our family property documents and also we have not the Survey Number of the such property.

In this connection, we have taken DD for Rs.200/- towards the expense for xerox and courier expense sent to all respondent.

Now, we have not yet received the photo copy of our family property documents

(1) How can we get the photo copy of our family property documents ?

(2) There is posibility of get the photo copy our family property under rights to information act

proceed with concern departments ?

yes, you can get photocopy of your documents from the authority where the mutation is done

Dear Sir,

If you living in the H.U.F status, without any partition, then the members of such joint family will be called Co-parcenars, or Legal heirs, Okay ! further, I did'nt get you, please make me clear at first paragraph, Okay !

And for asking the respective partition shares, at first you do not need any of the property document, but you need the Family Geneology Tree, and their address to send notice, prior to file the partition suit, Okay !

If you need any of your property documents, please approach the Local Revenue Departments, or you can apply to get the property documents through the Right to Information Act, is an option, Okay !
