sir i am grand son , my great grand farther has executed an registered release deed (cash paid) in favour of my grand father, later my grand father has purchased property from same in his name and on this property he tricked and and created registered release deed within my father and him when my father was aged 25 when he dint know any documents meaning and this was done before my fathers love marriage now my father is dead and now i am staying in same property since my birth (23 years) on records and recently before my fathers death without his knowledge, my grand father has gifted the same to his daugther now both of them are troubling my family what shud i do ,can i get partation share ,my father was been cheated he never knew my grand father motive in his entire life can i get justice.....

probably there is no legal remedy you cannot claim partition on that property, however you are request to consult a lawyer or with me in this matter.
