Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India

sir, i had obtained a decree in my favour and subsequently i had instituted execution proceedings in person against the judgement debtors. In the said execution proceedings, the judgement debtors had been continuously filing false affidavits with the entire contentions therein being false thereupon misleading the honourable court. What remedies do i have either in CPC or CrPC or IPC to punish or prosecute the judgement debtors. Please quote the appropriate provision of law. Thank you.

in case you have the proof that the affidavit is false and the offence is committed during proceedings in the court, you may file an application u/s 340 of Crpc otherwise approach the magistrate with a complaint in that regard.
