Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India

Sir, owner of the property is my grandpa's second wife's cousin later only we came to know about the fabricated documents. My grandpa gave lot of properties to her 2nd wife, we asked some of it, for that she fabricated and gave this corrupted property which spoiled our name. She is selling her properties which she got from my grandpa.
Without solving the problem my grandpa's 2nd wife selling her remaining properties, but in that fabricated deed she quoted a line saying that she is responsible for any problem and she will solve it from the remaining properties.
Is there anyway to stop her selling the remaining properties before solving the false document problem,because she quoted that line in deed ?
