Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India

I have patternal my yeilder brother has forcely captured it . I am doing job at a distance of 500 hundred KM.I have filed a case of civil suit for my share ,as we have two brothers and three sister.
As he has fabricated forge documents of my mother will that she has given that house to him.As my father has expired on 2004 and mother on2008. he has also fabricated false family arrangement of father,in that two wtinses which are known to my brother onlyothers do not know them and that family arrangement made on pad paper of my father.That house was built by my father.
In above circumtances he is not giving entry in house.kindely guide me wether DC or ploice can asist me in to take entry in the house please advice me.

you may have to file a civil suit to regain the entry to the house. u may also file a suit for cancellation of family arrangement and partition.
