Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India

Sir, Some people try to accupied my cultivation land. I get a status Quo from the court on 1-7-11. But the people cultivate my land on 3-7-11 that time suit tresspass case against that people.The court forwaded to complaint to the concern police station for investigation on 20-7-11.The police registered FIR and sent to the court, but canot complete investigation today onwards.Actually,the police have how many days for investigation as per the law.Recently, the people broken my borewell at my land on 02-.10-11. I complaint to the police station,the station house officer cannot take any action upon that people. Now those people try to harvest my crop and doing crimal activties. How to protect my crop or land.How to tight that people as per the law?

Dear Sir,

You can directly write a letter to the Magistrate of 1st Class at your jurisdiction with regards to complete and co-operate investigations process by the respective 'SHO' under section 190 (1) (c) of Criminal Procedure Code thro' by requesting the initiation of proceeding, okay !

yes and do complaint for concerned police officer for not taking action .....and not following court orders...
