In a suit for permanent injuction the plaintiff obtained temporary relief over abcd portion which is western side of plaint schedule property. The total PSP showed as 6 1/2 cents in Plaint. But relief obtained only on abcd portion. Now defendant trying to interfere on southern side of 6 1/2 cents. Can plaintiff seek relief of temporary and permanent injunction over entire 6 1/2 cents in the same suit?

Your question is not clear . Why did you get temporary relief over abcd in western side of the property and not in the southern side ? Have you pleaded all the sides of the property in your plaint ?What are the contents of your plaint ? please clarify.
