Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India

I had supplied printed directories to one association in Delhi. Total 1500 Directories were promised by me for Rs. 124000. I had received Rs. 60000 in advance and on delivery I received a cheque of Rs. 64000. 100 copies of directory was short on delivery, which I had promised to deliver within a week. The party was agreed at that time and gave me the cheque. But when the cheque was going for clearance after two days the party makes stop payment on cheque. What action can I take against them?
