Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
transfer property
i got land through pattadar pass books from our relatives. they also having pass books and they gave consant for this tansaction.these all process is without regitrstion i,e no regestration took place but i brought pattadar pass books from M.R.O office therefore my question is weather the my process is lawfull or not?
