Wakf
can a person make a wakf of his undivided share in property? I mean while the suit of declaration is still going on and his particular part in the property and specific share is still neither decided by the court nor agreed to by other litigating parties i.e. during the pendency of suit. Any clear rulings about it?

During the pendency of case neither any interest in respect of suit property nor any interest can be created.

i think you can not involve this property anywhere till the matter is final.
