Legal Question in Health Care Law in India
One of my junior colleagues, who is a grant human being has both his kidneys failed. For last 4+ years suffering and unable to get kidney donors. He says many legal problems for the donors and the donee in our country. Support i want to donate my one kidney (i am healthy and fit at 54 years of age), what are the complications. i am married, has a wife, a grown up daughter and college going son. I am working as a regional manager with a bank. Kindly advise.
