Legal Question in Health Care Law in India
Recognisation of foreign Dental Post graduate Qualification
Recently Health Ministry of India has recognised the Foreign post graduate Medical qualifications from certain countries but they have not done the same for dental post graduate degrees.
Can a case be filed against this injustice against The Ministry of Health, India?
Where can the case be filed?
What will be the expenses for the same?
Is there ant time limit to the court to give the verdict?

Re: Recognisation of foreign Dental Post graduate Qualification
1. There is no clear injustice. It is a policy decision.
2. A case can be filed in Delhi High Court by way of writ petition.
3. Expenses depend upon many factors. No reasonably good lawyer will charge less than Rs.21000/- Charges may vary from 21000 to 51000 rupees. I can do it at concessional rates since it is a matter concerning the medical / health profession, of which I am a part.
4. There is no time limit. You may expect the minimum time to be 1-2 years.
