Legal Question in Immigration Law in India
5 months back my husband had met with a car accident and he is charged under negligence in driving and having a court case against him for the same and is fined Rs 1000.
Me and my husband are planning to apply PR for Australia. We both are working in IT industry and are eligible for PR.
I want to know does this effect our PR for Australia?

when you file your PR, you need to disclose the case and the judgment thereof. it is upto the authorities to accept your PR or drop it.
