company regristration for L1 visa
Hi,Good Morning.
I am based in Mumbai (INDIA).I am a franchisee of TITAN WATCHES manufactured in India, and having 3 Retail outlets.I am having turnover of Rs.5 Crore sales.My full family is having valid visa for USA for another 5 to 7 years.We all have viisited USA for 2 to 3 times.My son is partner in the firm and working with us since last 5 years.I am planning to set up retail business of watches in USA.
I would like to know where i have to file the formation of company registration papaer in India or in USA, and I can send my son to USA on L1 VISA & how much time it takes.Please guide me some good lawyers in USA and how much they charge for filing and making the papers.
