H1B1 Cap if MBA from USA

Sir, I hold an MBA from an accredited University of US. I am now back in India and plan to apply for H1B1. Does my having done higher education from US have any impact on my petition? Is there a seperate quota I will be places in?

An application for work permit visa is made by the employer and not by the candidate.
