Legal Question in Immigration Law in India

My H1b visa is expiring on Jan'2011. My wife has filed a DV case against me in India.

Now I wuld like to know....... Will I face any problem in my visa renewal/extension, if I suppress this fact from USCIS? or shall I disclose this to them?

When the USCIS applications or visa applications ask about criminal charges filed against you, arrests, convictions, etc - it means "ever" and in any country of the world, therefore, it's not limited to the U.S. criminal charges, arrests, convictions only.
