Legal Question in Immigration Law in India
I have a india passport inwhich my name is POONAM, without surname/last name now I want to add my surname/last name SINGH that is POONAM SINGH.
pls suggest

the procedure is simple. You may download the form 1 from www.passport.gov.in and attach an affidavit about addition of last name. Please note it is not change of name, it is just addition of last name.
