You have to demonstrate to the visa counselor that you would come back after attending your brothers marriage in USA . what is your status in India ? I dont think that sponsorship would help you to get you B-1 or B-2 visa . I have many questions to ask you before i give you my my opinion on USA Immigration laws. Your chances are quite bleak to get visa for USA and i would suggest you to contact me so that i could help you.
