A person declared PO u/s 138 and traced in abroad indian embassy ask the the specific court order to get accused deported, under which crpc section application to concerned court for direction to indian embassy.

What is the status of the PO in the foreign land. ? It is a combined effort of Ministry of Home affairs and Ministry of External affairs to get that PO extradited to India.
