Legal Question in Immigration Law in India

There is a revenge vendetta to falsely implicate me & my parents in 498A and domestic violence fake cases filed by my ex-spouse aided by her family members since I have refused to reconcile with my ex-spouse. My aged parents are being constantly harassed and I live outside India. What are the chances of me getting extradited. What is the legal difference/implications of an extradition arrangement/agreement and an extradition treaty in terms of Indian government has with other countries.

498a is not recognized as an offence except india and it would be no ground for your extradition or deportation. you just need to hire a lawyer in india and seek anticipatory bail for yourself and your family members and after that fight out the case. you may not have to appear in india.

There is no different between extradition arrrangement and treaty. You should try to settle the matter amicably and avoid legal recourse.
