sir m a married girl from three years n since from my marriage being harassed by my mother in law n husband as they just brought me in their family for sake of money , sir m a govt servant n sir now my husband is eloped to uk for citing higher studies reason without my accord n persual leaving me homeless as my mother in law not allowing me to stay , being married my mother in law being a shrewd cunning lady always used to treat me like a animal n said many times tht if i will not pay them they will make my life horrible , they grabbed all my stuff , jewelery money everything , sir due to bitterness in my marriage i lost my younger sister due io them as she was very tensed regarding my ruined life n my parents r illiterate n suffering from old age ailment . sir my case is running but they never turned up in the court even being summoned n noticed many times , n then after three four hearing court ordered my in laws to pay 2 lac rupees on ad hoc basis to get the bails but they r showing any proof of my husband staying overseas n now time is running from my hand as my parents r ill n i want justice as bcoz of them i lost my sister my family fame n reputation n i wanna justice n punishment for them n sir this is not done for money sake as my parents worked hard to see me get married n apid each n every stuff to them as ordered but they r very stingy n said they will get new girl for their son n my father in law being in defence breaking humanity rules sir now plz guide me how can i trace my abconded husband n on which cases i can get back my compensation n see them behind the bars as they may spoil another life n sir by them my husband is gone to uk scotland for persuing his LLB COURSE but they r not showing any proof n documents n even my husband have not contacted me from last 10 months

there are specific provisions under law where the in laws and husband can be compelled to appear before the court. there is a treaty between India and UK under which the husband may be compelled to appear before the court and cannot just leave you here and run away from responsibilities. the answers to your queries lies within the law.

yes by using those treaties u can ask indian govt to extradite your husband from there.
