Legal Question in Immigration Law in India

Hi

Well, i visited UK in the year Sept 2003, on student visa but i overstayed due to lack of knowledge.I had problem with my partner in Sept 2010 as a result police caught me but due to minor domestic violence my case was resolved and set as clear.

But i was removed from UK back to my home country, INDIA in fact came back voluntarily under the scheme and assistance of FRS.

Im recently married to a person who is in UK on tier 1 general visa but the bottom line is we are married and i want to come back to reunite her in UK so to lead a fresh life so please assist us and let me know what are the chances

Where are You now ? When and where did you get marry ? You student visa was for how much time ? How many days/ month(s) were you in jail in UK when you were caught by police after your Domestic violence ? Please answer to get your legal advice.
