what is effect of misrepresentation in self declaration or what is effect if it found that some one has declared something and it was wrong ??

If a false statement is made, the same amounts to giving false evidence under Section 191 IPC which is punishable under Section 193 IPC. Furnishing false information is also an offence under Section 177, 181, 182 IPC.
