Legal Question in Insurance Law in India
Kotak Life isnurance rejected my claim after my wife death, Stating that wrong information provided at the time of application. Yes that is true as per documents becasue I did not check what the agent is writing and saying yes/no in the document, instead got signed document at the bottom.
Is there a way I can get my claim.
