Legal Question in Insurance Law in India
In a Motor vehicle claim cases when can a party seek the relief to amend his pleadings? My problem is he seeks amendment to his pleadings after he has been cross examined. If you say no, then why/ Reply with recent rulings

Amendment is allowed even after cross-examination in certain cases.
