Legal Question in Insurance Law in India
my vehicle was lost in feb 2011.
Along with other formalities like, FIR etc now, after 4 months i got form 158 and 159 from the police station. They said, it is the Non-traceable certificate which i can use for insurance claim.
Insurance persons are asking me for "C" report duly signed by magistrate. Is the form 158 the "C" report. Or, what it stands for ? i am in confusion. i have given money to an advocate and he is going late on that for over 1 week.
please suggest me what to do ?
