Legal Question in Insurance Law in India

i was working with a insurance company as a branch manager .on the month of 28 oct 2009 one of our leady coustmer come to our office to search his found value(unit link policy).till 15 oct 2009 she has deposit total 15 lac in three year but his found value is 13 lac till 15 oct 2009.she has arrgument with me around 3 hour .this matter i have informed my boss he told me your coustmer you handeled. i arrgument with my boss,he has threat to me i will spoil your carrier.on 31 st i have suffring from viral hepatites,i will apply leave for 33 day but my boss is not approved my leave ,on the month of dec 5th 2009 i join my duty our state hr issued a showcase notice ,(replay period is 24 hour)i will subbmit my replay ,till date i am not getting any answer from his side also a legal notice to send your hr head,on 15 feb2010 i have recived full & final statement from our ho .as per the full & final statment my service exit on 1.1.2010 without any notice or any infirmation ,plz suggest which types of action will be taken.

were you incharge of funds deposited by clients. how are u being held responsible for misappropriation. has the company accepted your resignation.
