Eligibility for Patent Agent Examination

I have finished my Graduation in Commerce Faculty [Bachelor of Commerce] and after the finishing the Graduation I have finished my MCA [Master of Computer Application].

I want to make my carrier in Intellectual Property, especially in Patent Field. So, as i have finished Master Degree in Computer Application (Computer Science); So, am i eligible for Patent Agent Examination? Please advice.

Undder the Indian law, you must be a science graduate - to become a Patent Attorney. You are not a Science Graduate - therefore you do not qualify.
