about gifted property

My question is

My grandfather has gifted property , he got that from where he was working as a tablawadan, he is having 5 sons and 3 daughters ,in that 3 sons are already died. and one of them was my father. my father had two children one girl and one boy. my grandfather brother's children are one boy and two girls who are not married. still the division is not completed in my grandfather and his brother. and now my grandfather is died and he is given all property to my elder uncle. can he is having right to divide this gifted property. we are muslim. pl suggest us as per mommdon law. i am waiting for ur answer. can my brother get his property without any objection.

The gifted property is the ownership of your grandfather and it is not a property of undivided family and therefore only that part of his owned property he can give to any person at will. Rest of the property needs to be divided as per law.
