Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India
inherent property
only son wishes to claim his property [300sq.ft] property already given to daughter @ different place with wife's dowry & other stree dhan in 1981 . Wife & her parents were promised for the whole 300sq. ft @ the time of marriage ! son has all daughters !!
As such daughter + relatives preplan with forged documents, who stayed @ the residence of parents, for years,prepare documents inaccording to their benifit, do away with the father in the year 2000 , later flee 4rm the residence with the documents ! most of the evidences have been burnt out [father'shandwritten1s]
now the daughter claims 100sqft out of the son's property as a share
& has dismantled the doublestoreied structure ! son was forced with liquor & compelled to sign up in 1986-87 after he underwent his family planning operation !! Can he get back his property as a whole ?
