Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India
Hello, I intend to create a commercial website for business purpose. I am wiling to create a similar type of website which are already in use (like fiverr.com and many more). Do I ask for permission to them for creating same type of website?. My website will be different from those sites in designing but business model will be same. Is there any copyright, patent or trademark law before creating my own website.If there is, what are they? Kindly help me. I am clueless
