Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India
Property
We are four siblings. After our father's death, upon the advice of our elder brother (the eldest sibling), we transferred all the property to our mother's name. Now our mother has expired and we are not sure whether or not our eldest sibling has transferred all of the property under his name or not.But he is not willing to give either of the other siblings any part of the property and wants to sell part of the property without our consent.How can we find out whether or not the property is under his name or not? And if it is,will we still be able to inherit our part of the property?

File application under RIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT before municipal corporation in order to extract information about the property.Yes,property is inheritable and you have equal right of inheritance.In case of need,contact with details,professional charges are applicable.
