Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India
We are a publishing firm and want to publish previous placement papers of various companies for college students, including interview questions, written test questions.
1.Do we need permission from companies even if we dont mention names of companies and simply title the questions under sample questions?
2.Do we need to take permission from people who created questions?
