Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India

Sir I am robin dubey son of late sri karunesh kumar dubey my grandfather who is still alive have lots of agricultural land which is an ancestral property of my grandfather father late sri mauji lal sir my grandfather had three sons including my father, two elder sons are expired only younger son is alive . So he always sell his ancestral property without my knowledge. So I want to know that is there any provision in indian law that I could stop him for selling his ancestral property without my knowledge

You must approach the court and claim your right over the properties which are already sold by him and for the properties which are stilll unsold.

Look with respect to the ancestral property your grandfather along with their sons has to sign the sale deed is the law. If the said sons expired then the grandsons and grand daughters of them should sign the deed. You can better file or issue legal notice for partition of your ancestral property and to handover your share in the whole property.
