Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India
Vacant of home
Dear Sir,
I am--name removed-- I have bought a home in Nangali Dairy as on 04.04.2007. Seller of the home told me that I will live in the home about one month. After one month i will vacant your home , but she didnot vacant the home rightnow.
The paper of the home has made from out side G.P.O.I have rent agreement between her and me for two months that is being end on 3.06.2007. Can I take any legal action or can take support from police. Please give me sugesstion as soon as possible. I am in so tension for it.

Approach the court to get the possession.Police will take undue advantage of the situation.Take advise of a lawyer with all facts/documents.
