a patient admitted in hospital affixes thumb impression on will as he is unable to sign due to trembleing hands in the presence of two close relations one nephew and second sister''s husband on a govt prescribed will paper but registration not done.

Registration of Will is not necessary. The will is valid if the concerned person is in good state of mind
