Legal Question in International Law in India

Hello,

I mate a Brazilian woman online in August 2009, she is devorced, and wanted to marry me, at first she told me to come after 18 months, (year 2011), but suddenly she change her mind and come in Nov.2009 on 6 months visa.

When i personally meet her and i found she is not as, as she told about herself online. everyday she argument with me on any small / big reason. we both do not understand each-other language,

so we have to talk by help of online translator, if we don't have internet, we can not talk.

because of her my work is disturbing, when i come office, she call me to come online, and all the day talk / argument, if i become busy with my office work, she get angry,

she is living on some KM distance from my home, and she want me to go there everyday,

she threat me that she will take any action, or kill herself, if i do not marry her, but if i marry her, i will never live happy, becase she fight for any small reason. I told her to go back her country but she don't want to go alone, and i don't want to go with her, because i do not belive her for so many reasons.

plese advice me, is there any problem for me by indian law ? and how can i send her back safely ?
