Legal Question in International Law in India

Can an Indian residing in United States (green card holder) be deported on non-payment of personal loans in India? What is the procedure there and does that fall under "Sec 138 NI Act"? If the arrest warrant has already been issued in India - could an anticipatory bail be requested without going to India? What are the options? Please advise!

I think i have answered your queries in your earlier message on this forum but anyway the answers to your present queries are here in below :-

1) Yes if there is a FIR against you .

2) I have explained you about the sec 138 N.I Act in your earlier message.

3) Yes you can/must go for anticipatory bail by authorising a lawyer to do so. You have no other option according to my understanding but for get anticipatory bail . I would not suggest you to enter india without being granted bail.
